Jacob & Jesika // Engaged…sneak peek!

I love the colors of fall in Central Illinois! I just wish they would stick around for an extra month (or even TWO) so that I could take full advantage of all the beauty...not to mention that winter is probably my least favorite season, so if we could shave off a couple of those really cold months, that would be simply perfect in my book. :)

We had a gorgeous fall morning for Jacob & Jesika's engagement session last month. The wooded backdrop with the all the golds, yellows, and reds of the changing leaves made the backdrop absolutely gorgeous for these two. The session took place at a friend's property, and we had fun riding around in the gator finding some great spots. We walked quite a bit as well in areas where we couldn't drive the gator..and it made me chuckle when I looked down a few times to find my legs covered in these hehe..

However, a leg covered in some burrs was well worth the images we got that day!

It was so great spending the morning with these two, and getting to know them a little better, and I am really looking forward to their wedding next June. After talking with Jessica about some of their wedding plans, their colors and theme are almost identical to my wedding...so I thought it was neat that we had that in common and can't wait to see everything come together on their big day!
