What a perfect summer day Jake & Sarah had for their August nuptials. Their ceremony and reception venue was absolutely gorgeous, taking place at Weaver Ridge in Peoria. There were so many sweet moments this day, many stemming from the emotions of remembering loved ones who have passed on. The bride's bouquet was created to uniquely honor those loved ones, with little framed pictures that dangled off the flowers of the groom's parents, sister, and bride's grandparents. I also loved the little heart that was sewn into the underneath of the bride's dress, using lace that came from her late grandma Koko's wedding dress...so sweet. Speaking of sweet...Jake & Sarah did not see each other before their ceremony, which made for a very special moment as Jake saw Sarah for the very first time as she was walked down the aisle by her dad. Their was so much raw emotion, definitely making it one of my favorite moments of the day. The whole wedding party brought a lot of fun to the day as well, there was never a dull moment!Thank you so much, Jake & Sarah, for letting me capture your very special day. I wish you two the best as your lives become one! :)
